Refund and Return Policy

At Green Medical Supplies Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality surgical and dental instruments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with supporting photos or videos.
• Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable, except in the case of defects or damage upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at office@greenmedsupplies.com or call 551-295-6033 with your order details and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on where to send the item(s).
3. Securely package the product and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
4. Ship the package to the designated return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective product.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• Exchanges for different products are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or damaged items not due to our error.
• Custom orders, engraved instruments, or sterile-packed items that have been opened.
• Clearance or final sale items.
